Rain, humidity, and cold temperatures can all impact our ability to get the job done safely and effectively—and while we wish we could control the forecast, we’ve learned to respect Mother Nature’s timeline.
That means we may need to adjust your Pave Day, depending on the weather. But we promise: we’ll keep you informed, stay flexible, and find the soonest, most suitable date possible. Your patience helps us keep our quality high—and that’s what we’re known for.
When it’s your week, you’ll hear from us. And when it’s go time, we’ll be ready.
We keep payments straightforward so there are no surprises.
● 20% deposit is due upon quote approval. This secures your project and gets you booked.
● 30% payment is due on Dig Day, once our crew arrives on site to start prepping.
● 50% final payment is due after your Pave Day is complete and the work is finished.
You’ll receive clear, itemized invoices and payment reminders at each stage of the process. We accept e-transfer, cash, and cheque and are happy to answer any questions about billing.

We follow all provincial and municipal safety regulations and make sure every job site is clean, respectful, and professional. Our team shows up in uniform, ready to work, and with the right equipment to get it done safely.
We ask that pets, children, and vehicles are kept clear of the worksite at all times. If you’re not going to be home, please make sure we have access to the space and that it’s ready for us to work.
